PARD Leopard 256 16mm Thermal Imaging Monocular (LE2-16) is a compact yet highly capable thermal device for hunting and observation, designed for hunters and outdoor users who want maximum sensitivity, clear image and minimal weight that fits in a pocket or small pouch.
At its core is an uncooled VOx sensor with 256×192 resolution, 12 µm pixel pitch and NETD ≤ 25 mK (0.025°C), allowing you to detect fine temperature differences and clearly distinguish animals, even in fog, light rain or low thermal contrast. The 16 mm objective lens delivers around 2.9× optical magnification plus 2/4/6/8× digital zoom, giving a balanced combination of wide-area scanning and enough magnification for identification at real hunting distances.
A 1024×768 OLED display shows a crisp, high-contrast image, while the PARD IREA image engine enhances detail and reduces noise. You can choose between 5 colour palettes (WT-HOT, BK-HOT, RD-HOT, IN-HOT, SKY) and 3 scene modes (City / Rain / Forest) to adapt the image to terrain and weather. Features like Picture-in-Picture (PIP), Hot Track, built-in gyroscope and e-compass help you locate, follow and keep track of game more efficiently in the dark.
The monocular weighs only about 300 g and measures around 172 mm in length, making it easy to carry in one hand, on a lanyard or in a backpack pocket. It is powered by a single removable 18650 Li-Ion battery with up to 6 hours of operation, and can also be connected to an external power bank via USB Type-C. The rugged housing is rated IP67, ensuring reliable performance in rain, snow, dust and temperatures from -30°C to +55°C.
